** Various Volunteer Opportunities Available at our 3-Day Event**

Polo for Heart is an annual charity event held at the Toronto Polo Club in Richmond Hill each June.  Since the event began in 1979, Polo for Heart has raised over $5 Million dollars for heart and stroke related charities.  In 2024, “The Polo For Heart Cardiac Intensive Care Unit” was unveiled at the Southlake Regional Health Centre and proceeds from this years’ event will once again go to life saving cardiac research and treatment at Southlake.

This year, Polo for Heart is being held over 3 days, on Thursday, July 10th (evening), Saturday, July 12th (daytime), and Sunday, July 13th (daytime) and we need enthusiastic and energetic volunteers to help in the following areas:

• Greeting cars and checking tickets at the front gate
• Greeting guests at the Polo Pavilion and showing them to their tables
• Selling Polo for Heart merchandise (must be 18+)
• Assisting at the Silent Auction, answering guests’ questions
• On-site fundraising – selling 50/50 tickets, face painting & wooden horse tickets
