The Aurora Cultural Centre is looking for a Youth Representative within their Outreach Committee to be the connection between the Centre and youth in the Aurora community. Are you interested in public relations, community outreach, and event coordination? This position may be right for you!

Volunteers will participate in awareness-raising activities and booths at various Aurora events such as farmer’s markets and the Aurora Street Festival. They will be required to speak to community members and work in a collaborative environment. Volunteers will attend monthly in-person meetings on weeknights. The meeting dates vary but usually take place during the second or third week of the month. Above all, the volunteer should provide feedback about the impact and engagement of the Centre’s programs within the community.
