HubSpot Implementation Project Team (Remote, Part Time)

Organization: Right to Live Canada
Project: “Tap for Dignity” HubSpot Implementation
Commitment Level: Flexible, Project-Based
Location: Remote

Right to Live Canada is a lean, impact-focused nonprofit on a mission to prevent poverty-motivated Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) amongst Canadians with Disabilities. Our planned flagship fundraising effort — TipTap for a Cause — deploys contactless donation units across Canadian businesses to fund food and emergency relief programs for Canadians with disabilities.

—–The Opportunity:

Right to Live Canada is launching our “Tap for Dignity” fundraising initiative. To ensure its success, we require a well-configured and efficient HubSpot CRM to manage our community partnerships.

We are assembling a small, dedicated volunteer project team to lead this critical implementation. We are seeking skilled HubSpot users to collaborate on the design, build, and rollout of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with other professionals on a project with a defined beginning and end, and to build the operational foundation for a program that will have a significant real-world impact.

—– The Team’s Mandate:

As a cohesive unit, the HubSpot Implementation Team will be responsible for translating our program’s needs into a functional and user-friendly CRM system. The team’s collective responsibilities will include:

– Collaborative Design: Working together to map out the program’s operational workflow and determine the best way to build it within HubSpot.
– Platform Configuration: Customizing the HubSpot Sales Hub, including setting up deal pipelines, contact properties, and other elements to track the partnership lifecycle.
– Process Automation: Building practical automation workflows to help our outreach teams work more efficiently.
– Data & Reporting: Establishing a clear data structure and creating useful reports and dashboards to track the program’s progress and success.
– User Support: Preparing simple guides and providing support to the non-technical volunteers who will be the end-users of the system.

—–Ideal Team Member Profile:

We are seeking individuals with a collaborative spirit and a problem-solving mindset. Ideal candidates will have strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot and an interest in applying their skills to a meaningful cause. While no single person needs to be an expert in everything, we are looking for volunteers with proficiency in one or more of the following areas:

– HubSpot platform customization (Sales Hub preferred).
– Developing automation workflows.
– Data management and building reports/dashboards.
– Supporting and training users on a software platform.
– A proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
– The capacity to understand operational needs and suggest practical, effective solutions.

—–Why Join the Team?

– Be a key part of a foundational project and see your work make a direct impact.
– Collaborate with other skilled professionals in a team-oriented environment.
– A meaningful, project-based volunteer role that is a significant addition to any resume.
– A flexible commitment that respects your time and other obligations.
– LinkedIn credit and endorsements for successful volunteers
