Seeking voluteers to provide support to individuals diagnosed with life-threatening illness and their families in their own homes. Client volunteers complete an interview, 24 hours of professionally-led training “Core Concepts in Palliative Care”, 2 reference checks, and vulnerable sector check. Clients live in Richmond Hill, Oak Ridges, Aurora and King.
