York Region Food Network is looking for a volunteer driver to support packing their car and driving produce to our affordable fresh food market in Newmarket at Maple Leaf Public School. The market will be operating twice a month on Thursdays in October from 3:30 to 4:30PM and in November/December from 4:30PM-5:30PM.

Market Location: Maple Leaf Public School, 155 Longford Dr.

Market dates:

• October 17
• November 7 & 21
• December 5 & 19

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up boxed produce at York Region Food Network 350 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora and deliver to Maple Leaf Public School in Newmarket, 155 Longford Dr.
• Load and unload produce (if possible) * we are able to load and unload ourselves, if you are free to drive!

Time Commitment: About 1.5 hours on market day Thursdays  in October from 1:30PM – 3:00PM and November/December months from 3:00PM – 4:30PM
