We are looking for experienced professional complementary therapists to provide services free of charge to individuals participating in our Oasis Program.  The Oasis program is a group program running once a week on Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm to provide support to individuals living with a life-threatening illness allowing them to relax and socialize with people in similar circumstances.

Complementary Therapy volunteers provide services that enhance program members’ quality of life and enhance their caregivers’ ability to cope.  We have opportunities in the areas of Registered Massage Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Sound Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Healing Touch.

Required Qualifications:

• Provide proof of Qualifications
• Participate in mandatory training – Introduction to Hospice Palliative Care course and orientation
• Provide clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
